Lisa Willett – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As a second-generation owner of a family-operated business, Lisa brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence in the construction industry. She began her career carrying buckets of hot tar from the kettle for her father, gaining firsthand knowledge of the work and dedication required in the field. Over the years, she has worked in all aspects of the organization, from field operations to business management, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of the industry. 

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and leads a company specializing in commercial roofing and residential exterior remodeling. Passionate about sustainable practices, her company champions eco-friendly innovations like impact-resistant shingles made from recycled materials. In her spare time, she dedicates it to quality time with her family and friends and loves to travel. 

Suzanne Lindberg – Office Manager

For over 8 years, Suzanne has served as our trusted Office Manager, handling the day-to-day operations with precision and care. With her incredible organizational skills and positive attitude, she ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to both the team and our clients. Suzanne has a passion for sushi and rock ‘n roll, and in her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting. Her love for country music also shines through, often filling her downtime with her favorite tunes. We’re so lucky to have such a loyal member of the team! 

Jason Iwig – Sales Manager

As TCR’s Sales Manager, Jason plays an important role in generating new leads in the sales department! Aside from his work in the office, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his two young daughters, participating in all of their activities. In his downtime, you can find him cooking delicious meals, reading, and following collegiate athletics. He’s a big Iowa State Cyclone fan! 

Rodrigo Zangano – Production Manager

Say hello to Rod, our Production Manager here at TCR. Having been with us for nearly eight years, he’s watched the company grow and has played a significant role in establishing it to be what it is today. After graduating from Dunwoody college from the Project Management Program in spring of 16’, Rod joined the TCR team and has been impacting the construction community ever since!  Aside from his work at TCR, he enjoys attending live music concerts, sporting events, and doing tons of traveling! He has recently found an interest in gaming and has been hanging out with his lovely niece and nephew! 

Delilah Willett – Accounting Manager

Delilah is the Accounting Manager with over five years of dedication to TCR. Known for keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Delilah thrives in managing financial operations while leading a team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, whether it's enjoying long walks, hiking, biking, or camping together—her family is her pride and joy. When she is not with her loved ones, she enjoys exploring various hobbies, with leather crafting currently being her favorite creative pursuit. She values the balance between work, family, and personal interests, always seeking new ways to grow both professionally and creatively. 

Robert Palmer –Director of Field Operations

With years of hands-on experience and a passion for getting the job done right, Robert is our Director of Field Operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His leadership, expertise, and attention to detail keep our crews operating efficiently, delivering top-quality results. 

When he's not keeping things running smoothly on the job site, you’ll find Robert enjoying life’s best moments—spending time with his grandkids, sharing laughs with his wife, and sipping on a strong cup of black coffee. Known for his fun personality and quick wit, he brings a sense of humor to the team while ensuring top-quality work. Whether he’s overseeing projects or cracking a good joke, Robert’s leadership and dedication make him an invaluable part of TCR. 

Dan Nispel – Sales Representative

Meet Dan, one of our estimators/salesmen at TCR. After leaving his previous career as a food scientist, he joined the TCR team back in early 24’ and loves the world of sales! Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife, baby son, and his two dogs. When it’s cold in the wintertime, you can find him coaching high school hockey, while in the summer he spends his free time hanging out with his family at their lake home in central MN! 

Lisa Gruye – Sales Representative

Meet Lisa, a Sales Representative here at TCR since 23’ who began her career in roofing back in 99’. With experience in the home improvement industry for 25 years, Lisa has a Storm Inspector HAAG certification, showing her wide skillset in the industry! She’s a proud supporter of Women in Construction and is passionate about her work! When she isn’t busy on a job site, she loves getting her hands dirty in her garden, traveling the world, and taking relaxing naps in hammocks. We love Lisa’s go-getter attitude and enthusiasm out in the field! 

Malia Gulbranson– Sales Representative

Malia brings a heart for helping others and a background in nursing to her Sales Representative role in the construction and sales industry, offering a warm, people-first approach every step of the way. Whether she’s connecting with homeowners or guiding them through the process, her compassion and drive shine through. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, hitting the gym, and hunting down new local coffee spots with her husband and son!

Jason Johnson – Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor here at TCR, Jason is OSHA 30 certified and began his career here as a Service Technician. He knows all things about being safe on the job and following protocols when it comes to construction! When he’s not out in the field, he loves hanging out with his 12-year-old dog and two orange cats. In the summertime, you can find him relaxing as he floats down rivers and jamming out to concerts, but once the cold hits, you’ll see him gliding down the mountains on his snowboard! 

James Willett – Service Technician

A true jack-of-all-trades, James is an invaluable part of the TCR team as a Service Technician. With extensive experience in electrical work, plumbing, roofing, and general home improvement, James has seen it all. His hands-on approach and versatile skill set make him a valuable resource for any project that comes his way. He’s known for tackling each job with determination and attention to detail. When he’s not working, James can be found out on the water, fishing with his three sons. We’re fortunate to have such a well-rounded professional as part of our team! 

Jasmine Willett – Digital Marketing Specialist

With a bright spirit and passion for design, Jasmine brings an element of creativity to her role as the Digital Marketing Specialist. As a third-generation family member at TCR, she takes pride in carrying forward the company’s core values through her work. From writing blogs and designing social media graphics to staying on top of marketing trends — she does it all! In her free time, you’ll find her jamming out on the piano, swing dancing, and going on spontaneous adventures with her family and friends.
