Jim started Twin City Roofing over 40 years ago with his wife, Karen. Since then, it has grown into one of most recognizable and trusted roofing companies in the Twin Cities. When Jim started the company, he was the project manager, craftsman and owner all rolled into one. As the company grew, his evolution to the role as president was natural but he still plays an active role with TCR clients, employees and day to day operations. In doing so, he can best match individuals with our customers’ needs based on the in-house talent we have. Jim has a knack for spotting individual strengths and in doing so, has been able to create a rock-solid company.
